Select Straight Rye Whiskey
This 100% New York State Straight Rye Whiskey is produced from local grains with a high rye
mash bill of 80% rye and 20% corn. This straight rye whiskey is placed in new charred oak
barrels and aged for two to three years. It is then blended and placed in hand-selected Cabernet
Sauvignon barrels for at least one more year.
A textbook rye with strong notes of black pepper, caraway, and pumpernickel on the front end, it finishes with notes of dark rye bread and pumpernickel.
