A new depth of character has been achieved by finishing our maritime spirit in Plantation Rum Casks predominantly from the Caribbean, including Jamaica, Trinidad, and Barbados.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Initially detect salted caramel and sea-spray giving way to charred pineapple, vanilla fudge and stone fruits.
Palate: Thick and mouth-coating with caramel and BBQ’d banana balanced by toasted oak and peated Malt.
Finish: Lingers long with candied ginger, brown sugar and just a touch of smoke.
