Nose: Sweet and barley-rich character with oat biscuits and vanilla’d oak giving way to a gentle sea-salt tang.
Palate: Allspice and juicy nectarines with malt and a moreish mocha style.
Finish: Wisps of peat smoke and damp earth alongside orange rind and stewed fruits.
