Orange Gin

Collaborating with Copenhagen's Restaurant Palægade, Copenhagen Distillery developed an orange-forward 'Christmas Snaps,' enjoyed traditionally at Julefrokost lunches. Inspired by the affinity between both juniper and oranges, they explored how far they could pioneer gin into contemporary international styles.
