A rich sherried single malt whisky aged in first and second fill Oloroso Sherry barrels for a minimum of 4 years.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Upon pouring the first impression is fresh citrus fruit, mainly oranges. This quickly evolves into the rich aroma of stewed summer fruits (peaches and apricots) followed by raisins and plums with a hint of herbs.
Palate: Fruity and surprisingly fresh. It develops into bitter oranges with dark chocolate raisins and a hint of black pepper.
Finish: Medium long and pleasant with orange, raisins and stewed fruits.
