This unique gin is made with new make whisky spirit that is re-distilled in a small pot still with 7 locally sourced botanicals, including Za'atar (hyssop) from the Levinisky Market in Tel Aviv.

Nose: Delicate notes of juniper berries, lemon and origanum syriacum.
Palate: Delicate botanical tastes, with juniper and lemon being the dominant notes.
