Created in tribute to Louis DEAU, born in 1665, who settled in the Cognac region in the 17th century.
The LOUIS MEMORY cuvée is made mainly from very old Eau-de-vie of Grande Champagne, very rich in aromas, it denotes subtle flavors: dried fruits, honey, cigar box, vanilla, cinnamon.
The palate is rich and generous and of exceptional length.
