The name BLACK refers to the colour of the glass used by the professional tasters during bid tasting sessions. DEAU BLACK is a blend mostly of Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne cognac. It is first aged in new casks and then matured in older casks less generous in tannins.

TASTING NOTES:
This cognac, of great elegance, very rich in aromas, makes us discover on the nose floral notes of iris, violet, honeysuckle, orange blossom... with a lot of amount, characteristic of Grande Champagne.
In the mouth, a lot of length and roundness with some buttery notes and dry apricot...
To be enjoyed plain on looted ice, or lying in tonic, fruit juice, soda...
