Aged for 11 years in Ex-bourbon American Oak and finished in the finest 500L Masi Amarone casks for 12 months.
This whiskey has adopted a golden red hue with a nose exhibiting notes of mulled spices and floral fruis.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: A floral fruit note, purple fruits (elderberries and plums), mulled spices
Palate: Deep and luscions with strong emphasis on fruits purple (elderberries, plums and blackcurrent's) followed by sour cherry and red apple, ripe pear components and an elegant cinnamon spice with a touch of dry red wine.
Finish: Medium with hints of chocolate and toffee
