The earthy notes of peated single malt are married beautifully with the sweetness from a full maturation in ex-Rivesaltes casks. Rivesaltes is a sweet, fortified wine made exclusively in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Fresh and fruity with warming, smoky undertones. Chocolate, toasted almonds, and vanilla. Supported by stewed cherries and bold citrus.
Palate: Wonerfully balanced. Warm notes of Amarena cherries, citrus, and deep, smoky peat.
Finish: Long. Almonds, smoky and slightly drying.
